Our Purpose

Our mission at Reclaim Your Body and Sanity is to alleviate stress and chronic pain in women by combining neuroscience, movement therapy, and trauma-informed care. We strive to empower women to reclaim their well-being and live pain-free lives.

This program is designed for women (35–55) who are ready to stop surviving and start thriving. If you struggle with:

With 25+ years of experience in holistic wellness, movement therapy, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy—and my own journey recovering from chronic pain and back surgery—I’ve created a program that blends brain-based science, somatic healing, and practical daily tools that actually work.
