This is my most individualized and in-depth support option. 1:1 coaching is designed for women who want a tailored, strategic plan to address chronic pain, nervous system dysregulation, stress overload, or recovery after injury or surgery. What We Focus On: • Understanding your pain or stress patterns • Calming nervous system reactivity • Pain reprocessing and neuroplasticity techniques • Somatic healing practices • Intelligent strength rebuilding • Movement without flare-ups • Lifestyle, nutrition, and recovery strategies • Mindset and behavioral shifts Each session combines education, practical tools, guided nervous system work, and clear next steps. Who It’s For: Women who: Have persistent back pain or chronic pain Feel overwhelmed or stuck in stress cycles Have tried many approaches without lasting change Want expert guidance and accountability Format: 55-minute virtual sessions Personalized action plan Ongoing support between sessions 12-week minimum commitment recommended This is a partnership.
